Duane Wolter, Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, and Co-founder has over 35 years of progressive operational and financial experience as a senior executive. Beginning as an audit manager with one of the big four public accounting firms, he has successfully executed responsibilities as a division President as well as Chief Financial Officer of Fortune 500 Corporations. During his career, Mr. Wolter has managed and completed over $3 Billion of public and private financings and eleven acquisitions, mergers and divestitures.


Carroll H. Baum, Senior Partner, an expert in economic and financial valuation of private companies, commercial transactions and intangible property; Provides expert witness testimonies and due diligence consulting services, including field investigation, loss measurement and corporate business appraisal; Highly organized and innovative with excellent ability in anticipating/identifying problems and opportunities. Skilled in relationship management, crisis management and comprehensive negotiations. Experienced in providing dependable strategic financial direction and management leadership in business planning, mergers & acquisitions, operation analysis, gift estate and taxes, budgets, internal audits, embezzlement, fraud, treasury, insurance accounting and litigation consulting engagements.


Dan Cotten, Director of Southwest Audit services and the Layfayette office, is a senior executive with over 30 years of professional auditing and financial experience. He has supervised accounts payable and related departments of several Fortune 500 Corporations. Mr. Cotten is an expert in accounts payable processing, systems and vendor relations and process re-engineering.


Don Perlut, Director of Midwestern Audit Services and the Chicago Office, is a senior executive with over 25 years of professional auditing and financial experience in the manufacturing and service industries. After supervising accounts payable and inventory control departments for a major Chicago retailer, Mr. Perlut held several senior purchasing positions before becoming a profit recovery auditor. He has worked as a profit recovery auditor for the past 15 years. Mr. Perlut is an expert in accounts payable and inventory systems and controls.
